Group with emphasis on IT and Computer Professionals.
Larry is a thirty-year plus business veteran including fifteen years with Avon
Products as a Software Specialist and IT Manager and the last twenty years in
Recruiting and Staffing. In addition to experience with large and small career
staffing firms, Larry has continued to expand his knowledge of organizational
structures and staffing strategies…which enables Larry to provide a concise
and focused approach to each client staffing situation. With broad based business
knowledge from sales/marketing to engineering/IT to financial, Larry has been
quick to identify and source talent for some typically hard-to-fill positions.
Larry has remained active in his community with time to devoted to Church programs
which include advice and guidance to people having difficulties and feeling frustrated
by work related issues.
Larry and his wife, Vivian, live on a farm in a rural section of Brown County.
Vivian enjoys gardening and Larry spends his free time outdoors.
