Rebecca began her career in accounting with Coopers & Lybrand in audit.
She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 16 years experience in public accounting
and industry. In the years that Rebecca has served as a recruiter, accountant
and controller, she has found that honesty and integrity are paramount. For the
last ten years, she has worked in recruiting for accounting & finance opportunities,
including 4.5 years with Arthur Andersen - recruiting experienced level candidates
for the Midwest. Having worked both in the accounting industry and as a recruiter
Rebecca has the perspective to understand the needs of the employer and the employee.
Her honesty and integrity allows employers and employees to trust that she will
meet the needs of both when she matches a person with a new employer. Rebecca’s
specialty is Accounting and Finance. She has contacts all over the United States
and her client company’s range across industries.
Rebecca has a dynamic personality and refuses to finish second. Working the
extra hours, and with top quality clients and candidates is the formula for her
success. Rebecca’s commitment to giving back to the community is demonstrated
in her volunteer work in the Mentoring Program at the Kelley School of Business
at Indiana University.
